Identity & Alignment
Creating shared understanding between values, game model, communication, and daily behavior.
Building elite football environments where identity, communication, and standards become daily behavior. Football Leader. Coach Educator. High-Performance Architect.
I — ABOUT
My understanding of leadership did not begin in football. Long before the touchlines, scouting reports, and professional environments, I spent years mentoring youth in community centers, serving the public as a police detective, and leading social service organizations. Different environments. Different pressures. But all centered around people searching for direction, belief, accountability, and growth.
Football became the place where those experiences connected. The game gave language and structure to things I experienced firsthand. That culture is built through daily behaviors, not slogans. Communication matters most under pressure. That people perform their best when they feel equally challenged and connected.
This perspective continues to shape the way I lead today. Whether with a professional team, NCAA squads, or as a coach educator, I’m driven by building aligned environments where clarity, collaboration, and passion create sustainable performances. I believe the strongest football cultures develop more than players. They develop: Character Alignment. Growth. The kind of development that extends well beyond the game.
